How long should a session be?
Use the included manual and your veterinarian's plan. The supplied guidance limits a target area to 15–20 minutes unless advised otherwise. Allow 5–10 minutes of device cooling between areas, and at least 4 hours between complete sessions.
Why does a “cold laser” feel warm?
Cold laser describes non-surgical light therapy, not a device that stays cold. Heat can build during use. Keep vents clear, keep the head moving and stop if warmth becomes uncomfortable.
What about a large dog's thick coat?
Coat pigmentation, skin and positioning affect light transmission. Ask your vet how to prepare the target area and use the manual's spacing guidance. Don't compensate for a thick coat by holding the beam stationary or extending a session.
What safety precautions matter most?
Never aim toward eyes. Use appropriate laser eye protection, keep vents clear and supervise every session. Stop for pet distress, excessive heat, skin reaction, unusual odour, smoke, damage, fan failure or automatic shutdown.

Sudden weakness, severe pain or loss of mobility needs prompt veterinary assessment. Customer support cannot diagnose your pet or provide emergency care.
